This covers how to be a great communicator, how to manage stakeholders, how to listen effectively, and time management. Charges are (Max 15 staff per cohort)

2. Leading Others: Team Leaders and Managers Program (5-10 years experience)

This covers building one's leadership style, developing people, managing stress and conflict, leading innovation and change (Max 8 staff per cohort - for a 2-day session)

3. Leader of Leaders - Leading for Results: GM's, MD, and CEO's Program

This covers delivering on strategy, coaching your team for success, managing one's time
